What is Sicoir Computer Technologies?
Sicoir Computers is the premier computer, network and technology support company based out of Hays, KS. We support hundreds of businesses and thousands of home users in Hays. In addition, we support home and business computer users in many of the smaller communities surrounding Hays such as Victoria, Wakeeney, Ellis, Plainville, LaCrosse, Stockton, Russell... and the list goes on and on. We also provide on-site/in-person support to a number of specialized clients in places as far away as Garden City, Dodge City, Norton, Salina, etc.

Not close enough for on-site support? Not a problem... Since introducing customers to our "Sicoir Remote Support" a few years ago, we literally have clients all over the U.S. In addition, it's not uncommon for us to have computers shipped to us for data recovery or other software/hardware fixes. 

What's with the name?
We often get asked if Sicoir means something in another language and the answer is 'No.' On the plus side, it was really easy to trademark the name "Sicoir" since it means absolutely nothing to anyone but us... and our customers. ;-) Like so many other things in the technology industry, Sicoir is actually an acronym...and a mouthful. How long has Sicoir Computers been around?
The idea of an outsourced computer and network company for businesses, aka Sicoir Computers, had been around for a long time, but we didn't officially "open" for business until March 2003. For the first few years, Sicoir was literally ran out of the one of the owner's basements. A few years later and after our client list was built up, we opened a storefront, started supporting home computer users (not just businesses), and we have continued growing as the preferred computer, network, and technology provider in the area.

What makes Sicoir different?
Our customers... honestly. While other companies have came and went trying to do what we do, Sicoir consistently stands above the crowd because we do the extras and intangibles other computer and technology companies don't. We focus on customer service and we have never, nor will ever, be accused of overselling products or overcharging customers and that's why we have such a loyal customer base. 

How loyal are our customers?
Believe it or not, we still do business with ALL of our original ten customers when Sicoir Computer Technologies was started back in 2003. Why is that important? If we didn't consistently provide the same level of service our customers have come to expect from us over the years, we would know rather quickly!
